Intensity – Workout journal


Intensity is a personal project combining two of my biggest passions: programming and powerlifting.

It is a multiplatform workout tracking app that is optimized for progression. It is designed with many in-depth algorithms and statistics. This provides the user with powerful information to guide them in getting stronger, building muscle, identifying weak areas, and ultimately making them a better athlete.

The app grows organically every day and currently has over 7000 users who have tracked over 460,000 sets combined.
